NOTES FROM JUSTIN: Classic Paderewski, with its round supple tannins and crushed red fruit aromatics. There’s just something that makes this vineyard always come through in it’s profile that is hard to describe, so I tend to just think of it as “Paderewskiness”. For those that are fans of this bottling, you are going to love this version. It was brought up partially in used foudre (oak casks), so hardly any new oak influence.
