FAQs

When will my order ship? - we will ship orders on a first come, first served basis, with no bias toward order size or value.  Orders will be packed and shipped as soon as possible, pending immediate inventory levels and may be delayed if levels are below what is required to fulfill orders placed.

When will my order arrive? - FedEx delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays during shipping.

What if I can't be home for delivery? - we recommend shipping to businesses, if at all possible, to provide for the smoothest delivery experience.  In lieu of a business, a neighbor or local Walgreen's are excellent options.  No delivery will be left without an adult signature within the first 3 delivery attempts.  Alternatively, you can arrange for local pickup at your nearest FedEx facility through your tracking number.

Are the pictures of actual products on-hand? - we do our very best to keep our photos and descriptions up to date, but with thousands of products, it is not always possible.  If the packaging, vintage, release, etc. is vital to your purchase, please contact us directly to confirm.
