Refund policy

Website operated by a licensed ABC retailer, Vista Wine & Spirits

All sales are final.  Titan is not liable for the quality of any product beyond ensuring that the packaging is intact and in good condition.  Quality issues concerning the contents of the items purchased should be addressed with the producer directly.  In the event a purchase is cancelled while in transit, the product/goods will be refunded upon their safe return, however costs associated to transit are not eligible for refund.  All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable following the confirmed shipment of a parcel.  In the event a parcel is returned due to being undeliverable, the products will be refunded accordingly, but costs associated to the shipping will NOT be refunded.  No returns or exchanges.  Should any product be damaged during shipping, please email us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping company.  Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.  Please email support@TitanBev.com for approval before returning any item.
