Shipping charges include adult signature fee, handling fee, and insurance.  All shipments require an adult signature and insurance. Adults are defined as at least 21 years of age.  Orders are subject to weather holds. We will contact you to confirm weather delays. Any shipments returned as a result of 3 failed delivery attempts will be refunded minus initial shipping costs in addition to the return shipping costs.

Please note that the laws as to whether or not we can ship wine, beer or hard liquor to many states are constantly changing. Our system will accept your order if you place it, (and you will receive an auto-confirmation of your order) but if you are in one of the "Call" states we will need one business day to confirm we can ship it.
