The mouthfeel is clean and quenching, and the flavor profile is ripe with pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit and green apple. Suggestions of gravelly stone bring complexity to a tangy, zesty finish. Fermented in stainless steel (83%) and new French oak (17%).
