Traditionally infused during a third distillation with seasonal fruits, spices, and a turkey breast that hangs above. Made using orange, tangerine, lime, guayaba, pineapple and tejocote, resulting in flavors of citrus that help brighten the smoke and add a rich complexity to this sipping mezcal.
