Our own hand picked, or should we say palate picked, barrel of 10 year old rye. The very best of what WhistlePig 10 year brings to the table!
NOSE - Notes of rye, sweet tea, orange peel, anise, clove, and caramel.
PALATE - Sweet oaky notes with cinnamon, toasted caramel and gingersnap, with rye spice throughout.
FINISH - A longer finish than the regular 10 year with dominant rye notes, hints of Cracker Jack, and more of that sweet tea, but finishing dry.
