The radiant 2021 Sugar Shack is a tour de force. Dense yellow peach and apricot aromatics mingle with orange blossom, liquified river rock, and sweet lemon thyme. The dense, opulent mouthfeel is countered by a refreshing, lively acidity that is testament to the superb terroir of this site. This is a fabulous wine to enjoy over the next 10 to 15 years. The wine is slightly hazy showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.
